Can you briefly describe your company and the type of events you organise?

The Meetings Space organises inspirational MICE forums that connect buyers and suppliers through carefully curated 1-2-1 meetings in exceptional destinations. Over the past decade, we’ve delivered more than 25 successful forums across Europe, expanded into the Middle East in 2020, and in 2024 introduced a new luxury forum linking North American MICE buyers with EMEA.

What was important to you when choosing a check-in and nametag solution?

What was important to us when choosing a check-in and nametag solution was speed, flexibility, and sustainability. With our forums, there are always last-minute delegate changes, so we needed a system where names and information can be updated instantly in real time. We also wanted a solution that aligns with our commitment to sustainability by reducing unnecessary print and waste. Finally, a digital solution streamlines check-in, removing the need for rows of alphabetised printed badges and the hassle of locating them.

How did the solution work in practice during your event?

The solution worked very well in practice. It does take a little time to load badge name, which required a bit of getting used to, but it was never an issue. Jorgen even came onsite to support us during our first use, ensuring everything ran smoothly, which was amazing. Overall, it made check-in efficient, professional, and stress-free for both staff and delegates.


How did you find the collaboration with us – from ordering to support?

The collaboration was very positive overall. The team is extremely accommodating and supportive, always willing to work with us to meet our needs. Communication can sometimes take a little longer than expected, but any challenges were always handled professionally, and the end result was excellent.

What have you been most satisfied with regarding the solution?

What we’ve been most satisfied with is how the solution handles last-minute changes. Being able to update delegate information instantly in real time has been a huge benefit, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free even when things change at the last minute.


Is there one experience that particularly illustrates the value of the solution?

I wasn’t managing the badges directly onsite, but from what I observed and the feedback from the team, the solution handled last-minute delegate changes seamlessly and kept the check-in process smooth and organised.


What would you say to other event organisers considering our solution?

To keep it short and sweet: do it!
